3. 信息的共享与披露

我们不会出售你的个人信息。仅在以下情形共享：

交易对手方：当你向某卖家/厂商发起询盘时，你的联系信息与询盘内容会披露给该对手方，以便其与你对接——这是平台核心功能所必需的。
服务提供商：为运营本服务而受托处理数据的第三方（如云托管、分析、通信服务），其仅能按我们的指示、为特定目的处理数据。
法律要求：为遵守法律、法院命令或政府要求，或为保护我们及用户的合法权益。
业务转让：在合并、收购或资产转让情形下，信息可能作为交易的一部分被转移。

4. 第三方服务

This Privacy Policy applies to the B2BDirect Shop mobile app and the b2bdirect.online website (together, the “Service”) provided by B2BDirect (“we”, “us”; operating entity: Wynie Holdings). B2BDirect is a B2B platform that connects global buyers and sellers directly. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

Contact & identity information: When you register, submit an inquiry, or use a contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone/IM number, and similar details.
Account information: If you create an account, we collect your login credentials and account identifiers (e.g., username, account ID).
User content: The text, images, and sourcing requirements you submit through inquiries, messages, and communications.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Usage data: How you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, taps, and time spent.
Device & log data: Device model, OS version, language, IP address, access times, and diagnostics/crash information.
Cookies and similar technologies: Used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze usage.

1.3 About biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID)

If you enable biometric sign-in, your face/fingerprint data is processed and stored locally on your device by iOS (the Secure Enclave) and is never transmitted to us or any third party. We only receive a success/failure result from the system.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and to handle registration and sign-in;
To connect buyers and sellers and to deliver and respond to your inquiries;
To keep accounts and the platform secure and to prevent fraud and abuse;
To communicate with you about the Service;

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

Counterparties: When you send an inquiry to a seller/manufacturer, your contact details and inquiry content are disclosed to that party so they can respond — this is essential to the platform's core function.
Service providers: Third parties that process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, communications), acting only on our instructions for specific purposes.
Legal requirements: To comply with law, court orders, or government requests, or to protect the rights and safety of us and our users.

9. International Data Transfers

B2BDirect is a global platform. Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country or region. We apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and commercial users and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us to delete it.
